By downloading, installing, or using USBProtect (the "Software") provided by Nova Forge Software Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use USBProtect for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not sell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Software unless permitted by applicable law.

3. Description of Service

USBProtect is software for Windows designed to help protect your device against unauthorized USB data transfers, including "ChoiceJacking" attacks. While we strive to provide effective protection, no security solution can guarantee absolute safety.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will prevent all possible security threats.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Forge Software Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Software.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Software responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices and data.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all related intellectual property rights, remain with Nova Forge Software Ltd.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license to use the Software at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
